Story:
One of the easiest, and also most challenging things, to do sometimes is smile. Some days smiling comes so naturally and some days it's hard to lift the corners of your mouth to form one. How can something so easy take so much effort? It's all about your mentality and what state of mind you're in. I'm a firm believer in the power of a smile and always do my best to smile at strangers, as I know kindness can change a person's day. On days when I find it hard to smile, I always reach out to my friends, family, and loved ones. They always find a way to make me laugh or grin, even if it's just for a second. Though it doesn't always solve my problems, it does shine a light in the darkness of my mind that is the beginning of a path back to myself, and back to finding joy in the small things. Some days it's hard and challenging, but I hope that this strap serves as a reminder that a smile can go a long way, not only for others, but also for yourself.
