Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Returned items cannot be worn, laundered, damaged, smell of odors, or show any sign of use.

Any item purchased at a 40% or higher discount will be considered a final sale.

Undergarments including bras/bralettes are all final sale.

Please initiate all returns through our returns portal. 

If free returns coverage was not purchased at checkout, customers are responsible for the cost of return. Labels should be purchased through our returns portal. 

When we receive your return, we will process the exchange, and issue a credit or refund within 7 business days.
