Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned items cannot be worn, laundered, damaged, smell of odors or show any sign of use.
Any item purchase at a 40% or higher discount will be considered a final sale.
Undergarments including bras/bralettes are all final sale.
Please initiate all returns through our returns portal.
If free returns coverage was not purchased at checkout, customers are responsible for the cost of return. Labels should be purchased through our returns portal.
When we receive your return, we will process the exchange, issue a credit or refund within 7 business days. We do NOT refund shipping costs on ANY returned orders.
