I’m so disappointed!!

So I have two of these cups, and this one broke within a week. The other one is hanging by a thread. I tried to use it anyways and it just isn’t working. The straw itself broke and won’t connect to the lid, so I can’t drink out of the cup and it leaks. It’s the small plastic piece of the straw that broke off so it won’t hold into the straw connector piece anymore. I’m so sad, because I love this cup. I went to the store to try and see if they’d do anything and the associate said they don’t have straw replacements that I can purchase and she can’t take the cup back. She didn’t offer a solution at all, which im even more upset about as I’ve probably spent over $1000 here in the last few months :(…..
